All Sales Are Final
Once payment is received and services have commenced, all fees are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, consultation fees, strategy development, research, representation, and communication efforts. -
Service-Based Commitment
Our services are based on professional time, effort, and expertise. As such, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results. -
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and timely responses. Delays or lack of cooperation on the client’s part do not constitute grounds for a refund. -
Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel services before they begin, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred. -
Force Majeure
